​Upton Place will transform a recently vacated, to-be-razed office building formerly occupied by Fannie Mae into a mixed-use destination comprised of 689 multifamily residences atop approximately 100,000 square feet of prime retail space and a restored 825-space below-grade parking garage. Upton Place is located in proximity to the Tenleytown-AU Metro station in Cathedral Heights and adjacent to the City Ridge development of the former Fannie Mae headquarters that includes DC’s first Wegmans.
